This Privacy Policy forms part of our User Agreement and by using our website and services you expressly consent to us collecting, storing, using and disclosing information about you as described in this Privacy Policy.

During the course of using our services you may add content and data by way of listings, bids and postings. This information may be collected, stored and made visible to other Users of our website and used for the purpose of gathering statistical information e.g. purchasing trends.

In order to give and receive tips via Paypal, it is necessary to disclose the email address of both parties involved i.e. the user listing and the user receiving the tip. By using our services you authorise us to release your email in order to facilitate Paypal payments between users – during this process email addresses are only visible to the two parties involved.

You may also receive email notifications when you add a listing, your listing ends, you receive a tip or when a user has left/replied to a question about a listing. During this process email addresses are NOT revealed to any other users.

From time to time we may send you communications about new services, special events, promotions and services that we think may be of interest to you. You can choose to opt out from receiving these communications during the registration process or at any time by changing your MyTipa account details. Users should however note that if you choose to opt out then you will continue to receive administrative notices that relate to your account or continued use of the website and services.

Data collected will be stored in a safe, confidential and secure environment on servers in the UK.

Third-Party Marketing

We will never sell or rent personal information about our Users to third-parties.

We may aggregate statistical information about our Users and provide it to third-parties but this will never contain personal identifying information.

Disclosure of Information

We reserve the right to access and disclose personal information and data to comply with applicable laws and lawful requests from authorities such as the police or government or to protect the Company and our Users.
